Rawr Team Development makes the Spell & Play apps. This page covers those apps and this website. We designed the products so a child can play without creating an account, talking to a server, or seeing an advertisement.

The apps

Spell & Play titles are commercial, paid apps. They do not show ads. They do not include in-app purchases. They do not contain links that open a browser or another app store. They do not require a sign-in.

Gameplay happens on the device. We do not operate a child-facing network service inside the apps, and we do not sell personal information. If an operating system asks for a permission we do not need, we do not use it to profile a child.

Store receipts, device identifiers used by Apple, Google, or Amazon to complete a purchase, and crash reports those stores may collect are governed by those companies’ policies — not by us reaching into the app for extra data.

This website

The website is a catalog. It does not require an account. The contact form opens your own mail app and addresses hello@rawrteam.com; we keep the notes you choose to send so we can reply. Embedded trailers on game pages are served by YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Playing a trailer is optional.

Children

The apps are meant for young children, with a parent in the loop for the original purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the games. If you believe we have something we should not, write to us and we will delete it.
